Deuter’s Limited Lifetime Warranty
Deuter USA, Inc. warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. This warranty does not cover the damage caused by extreme use, improper care, or the natural breakdown of material over time. If a product is deemed defective, Deuter will repair or replace it. Because Deuter does not sell direct to consumers, monetary refund or credit is not possible. If damages are not covered under warranty, Deuter offers repair services. Charges for repairs will be figured at time of evaluation. Please note that Deuter USA, Inc. does not warrant or offer repair service on any products that are sold and purchased through online auction sites.

If you believe your Deuter product is defective, requires a spare part, or repair services, please fill out the Warranty Request Form below.

PLEASE NOTE: All items sent in for repair must be reasonably clean. Items that are received dirty can not be repaired and will be returned in the state they were received.

Canadian Residents Only:
If you are located in Canada and you have a warranty claim, please email info@roirecreation.com.

Timing for Repairs
Turnaround time once Deuter USA, Inc. receives your products can vary depending on the season. During our peak season, March – September, repairs can take four to six weeks once we receive the product. For faster turnaround, please consider sending your products back during the fall and winter months.

Shipping Policy
Deuter USA, Inc. will cover the shipping from our warranty location (ground shipping) for all items covered under warranty. Customers are responsible for getting the product to the Deuter USA, Inc. Warranty department and expedited shipping requests for returned goods.

Tracking and Insurance
We strongly recommend that all returns sent to Deuter USA, Inc. have a tracking number and are insured. Deuter USA, Inc. cannot accept responsibility for shipments that did not arrive or are damaged and uninsured.
